You will not need a ribber to make these socks, although if you are all about a ribbed cuff, there’s nothing stopping you. All of them are lace, which requires you to follow a chart and transfer stitches. There are 12 sock patterns that are thoroughly explained and easy to follow.
About the author: Miss Jenny Deters has been knitting and crocheting since she was 6 years old. She’s been knitting on circular sock machines since 2003. Her teaching and pattern writing began when she entered several items in a contest at a CSM national event in 2008. In addition to her socks winning best of show, everyone needed to know how she did it. So she began writing patterns and then books. She met me, Jamie Mayfield, in 2011 and decided that I would be the best sock knitter out there, if she had to do all the work herself. This is when we developed sock school.
